Since the company’s establishment in 2000, the majority of our business has focused on the Lake Country area. Our high quality equipment allows us to maintain a number of yards, ranging in size from: small lake properties to expansive neighborhood common areas to business lots. Being a small business allows us to be flexible and cater to each and every clients personal needs.

Our History
Three nights a week, Brad’s father would return home from work to find a freshly cut lawn. To his father’s, “Why?” a 10 year old Brad simply answered, “I like the way the patterns look and I want our lawn to look like that.” And in a true entrepreneurial spirit an idea took roots and started to grow.
Brad signed his first clients outside his home’s neighborhood. With a car still out of reach, he loaded up his gear into a small trailer behind his mower and towed it down the road to the neighboring subdivisions.
Brad’s parents moved to a new neighborhood in the Lake Country area. With the support of his family, a still relatively immobile, but dedicated Brad was able to keep the business alive and thriving.
Brad became a licensed driver. With newly acquired freedom Bradley Landscape Service grew exponentially, nearly doubling in number of accounts.
Bradley Landscape Service, LLC is recognized by good ole’ Uncle Sam. No longer, the cute neighborhood kid, Brad, officially incorporated his business.
Anticipating additional needs of loyal clients, Brad was encouraged to expand BLS. The drive to compete with services offered by larger companies, Brad slowly began taking on larger yard projects without sacrificing his attention to detail.
MAJOR EXPANSION to match growing demand, Brad added more equipment and employed crew members to help him meet his clients’ needs.
Bradley Landscape Service, LLC expanded more both with crew members and equipment to continue to deliver excellent service with a focus on details!
Looking forward to the 2017 season with another truck that was purchased over the winter to accommodate an expanding the client list.
Bradley Lawn Service began offering more detailed service packages to accommodate commercial and residential clients needs year round. The list of equipment includes: bulk salt spreaders, dump trucks, / trailers and skid steers.
Having great success in 2018 offering full service year round packages with flat Monthly rates to commercial clients. The commercial accounts increased by 25% BLS now maintains properties ranging from 1/8 acres homes to 6 plus acre condo complexes included private roadways.
BLS rebranded to embrace its new found success offering more than just lawn care. BLS (Bradley Lawn Service, LLC) launched its new branded design and became Bradley Landscape Services, LLC. Still eager and happy to help clients of all sizes!
